"Manage 90% of Google Workspace with BetterCloud"

What do you like best about BetterCloud?

I can manage most of my settings for Google workspace (GSuite) with Better cloud. Allows me to assign tasks to some team members that I would not want to give access to the Google Admin Console. A good tool for bulk updates. Currently, we are not using it for any other SAAS products but like the fact that we could. Deprovisioning workflow is also immensely beneficial. What do you dislike about BetterCloud?

As a smaller company and only using it for Google Workspace, it is a higher cost than I would prefer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BetterCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Provisioning and de-provisioning of users is the most significant benefit for our use. I have found that the audit tracking of who made changes is also beneficial.

We also use BetterCloud for all google group management. A unique use of Google groups and how BC makes it easier: Windows PCs require creating an MS email account. We can not set up a new PC if we do not know the user's login, and since we do not use MS cloud or 360, we did not see the benefit. We create a Google group using the SN of the PC and use the group email as the email address for that PC MS account. BetterCloud makes this easy because we can bulk-create these google group/ email addresses with a spreadsheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BetterCloud?

There are no upfront investments to purchase and managed hardware & human resource. So just take the software service and pay the amount how much you use as per requirement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BetterCloud?

Nothing major to dislike here but It should be more like cloud services project-wise and department-wise. It would be easy to manage cost-wise from the customer's point of view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BetterCloud provides suits applications as single vendors with no need to depend on others and its benefits are easy to use and integrate with any other applications.
